I am a freelance writer, specializing in writing travel related articles for magazine and web publication.If you have a press trip or assignment that requires a writer with the ability to tell a story about a place, a journey, a person or any other subject, I can help you. My minimum rate is $0.50 per word, payable on acceptance of the article. I provide a complete package, including the article, relevant sidebars and photographs.

I am also available as a photographer. If you are looking for stock photos for publication or fine art, feel free to browse my galleries and make a request. Or, if you like my style and would like to hire me for a specific shoot, I am available for that work at a reasonable day rate. Note that I do not use large light kits and specialize in journalism/documentary style photography that relies on natural light to tell the story.

Copy Writing
I am also available as a copywriter. I can write any copy from simple Google Adword ads to long form web or print sales letters. If you need help telling your story in a catalog, through press release or a brochure, I can put into words, what you’re trying to say. Please contact me using the Contact Form to request a free estimate on your project. All projects are billed on a per project basis based on fair market rates.
The best option, if you are a hotel, tour operator or other travel-related business, is to hire me for a full package. The full package includes:
- Any copy writing you require at a deeply discounted rate (typically 50% or greater discounts)
- Articles written for publication in magazines and on the web (webzines, blogs, etc.)
- Custom photography provided at a deeply discounted rate (see above)
You get all of this by providing me with free access to your hotel or tour. If you are a tour operator, for example, bring me along on one of your trips, at no cost to me, and I will provide you with the above items to fit your specific needs.
